Baltimore Travel Guide

Its appearances in gritty media like "The Wire" and "Serial" might have reflected poorly on Baltimore in the past, but today it has become one of Maryland's most popular tourist destinations for its fascinating culture, vibrant nightlife, and bustling festivals. When you visit, get a taste of the local arts scene by visiting the Baltimore Museum of Art or the Walters Art Museum. To learn about its history, visit the Fort McHenry National Monument, and for a taste of nature, walk along the paths of Federal Hill Park and the Inner Harbor. And it you visit during the summer, participate in a festival like HonFest, Baltimore Wine Festival, Artscape, or the African American Festival.
